1. Treasury Report

• $10,340.66 in donations

• Taxes uploaded to Google Drive. Jay will email them to Nikki, who will send them to Phillip Darden.

2. New Online Membership Database

• Membership count: 460

3. Blankets Projects

• VMT Rework: Ongoing

• VMT Bridge redeck

• Dwelling Erosion Repair: Ongoing

• Carpeting parking lot jumps

• Dwelling Contractor Search: Update

• Clean and remount signage: Ongoing

• Bleach bridges: Update

• Ellis Project: TBD

• Mulch coming this week: DONE

• Irmagerd resurface

• New Blankets Creek sign: DONE

• Add more Easter eggs: Ongoing

• Bridge and bench inspection in 2024: IN PROGRESS

• Holler: Matt and seed sides of jumps

• Adaptive trail: TBD, new plan to be implemented by July 3rd

• Fix skinny lead-in (near pump track)

• Identify new Trail Director

• New policy: Anyone operating and riding in our side-by-side (sxs) vehicles must wear a seatbelt. No riding in the back. Sxs are only to be used for trail work, scouting, and evacuations.
