Trail status reflects the current conditions. The date indicates when the status last changed, not when it was last checked. If the status shows trails are open with an old date, it means they have been open since that date. Closed trails are off-limits to all, including pedestrians.

March 2024 Board Update: Enhancing Our Trails and Community
In the latest Board meeting on March 4th, 2024, SORBA Woodstock made key decisions on trail projects and community events. With $2,973 in donations, our commitment to improving Blankets Creek and Rope Mill continues with projects like the VMT Rework, Dwelling Erosion Repair, and exciting new ventures such as adding a split rail fence around jump lines. The board unanimously approved funds for these enhancements, demonstrating our ongoing dedication to trail excellence and safety. Additionally, we’re gearing up for a packed year with events like Pedalpalooza and the Dirty 30 Blankets Creek race, promising an engaging and active year ahead for our members. The SORBA Woodstock Board convened on February 5th to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects, financial updates, and community events. Key highlights include the successful completion of the South Loop EA, progress on the Dwelling Erosion Repair, and exciting updates on our Blankets and Rope Mill projects. Our treasury has seen a generous donation amount of $5,512.75, and our Bike Patrol Jerseys have arrived, boosting our patrol team's spirit. As we move forward, we're exploring new sponsorships, enhancing our trails, and gearing up for a packed 2024 events calendar, including the eagerly anticipated Pedalpalooza. Trail Usage Rules
To manage high traffic and reduce conflicts at Blankets Creek and Rope Mill MTB trails, we permit the following users:
Pedal Driven Bicycles and Unicycles
Class 1 Pedal Assist Ebikes
Walkers
Trail Runners
Please note:
Walkers and trail runners must yield to bicycles.
These individuals should move in the opposite direction of bicycle traffic on all trails, except Mosquito Flats.
